About us

This shop is run by Nectarwood Ltd (trading as Reading Fluency), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17112398. Registered office: Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE. Email: support@readingfluency.co.uk.

Ordering

When you place an order, we email you to confirm we have received it. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order. If we cannot accept your order (for example, if there is an error in the price), we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Printed books are zero-rated for VAT. UK delivery is free on orders of £14.99 or more; smaller orders pay £3.95, shown at the checkout before you pay. You can pay by card through Shopify Payments, or, for schools, by pro-forma invoice. Orders paid by pro-forma invoice are printed once payment arrives.

Pre-orders

Pre-ordered books are printed from the publication date shown on the product page and posted by the date stated there. You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it is posted.

Delivery

See our shipping policy. The book becomes yours, and is your responsibility, once it is delivered to the address you gave us.

Cancellations and refunds

See our refund policy, which sets out your 14-day right to cancel.

Copyright and photocopying

The Reading Fluency Handbook and the Story Trail books are © Nectarwood Press. The Handbook's photocopiable pages may be copied for use in your own school or setting, as set out in the photocopy licence in the book. No other part of any book may be reproduced without permission.

Our responsibility to you

If we do not meet these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
