Your right to cancel

If you buy as a consumer, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. For a pre-order, you can also cancel at any time before your copy is posted.

To cancel, email support@readingfluency.co.uk with your name and order number. You do not need to give a reason.

Returning a book

If you cancel after your copy has arrived, please post it back to us within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. We will email you the return address. Unless the book is damaged or faulty, the cost of returning it is yours.

Refunds

We refund the full price, including any delivery charge, to your original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation (or, if you have received the book, within 14 days of receiving it back or of you showing us proof that you have posted it).

Damaged or faulty copies

If a copy arrives damaged or has a printing fault, email us a photo within 30 days. We will send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, and you do not need to return the faulty copy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Schools and organisations

Orders placed by a school or organisation are business purchases, so the consumer cancellation rights above do not apply by law. We will still happily cancel any order before it is printed, and we replace damaged or faulty copies in the same way.
