Shipping policy

UK delivery

Every book is printed to order in the UK by our print partner and posted straight to you. Books are normally with you within 5 to 10 working days of your order. Large orders, such as class packs, can take a little longer.

Delivery charges

• Free UK delivery on orders of £14.99 or more, including the Handbook and every class pack.
• Orders under £14.99, such as a single booklet, are £3.95 to post. The charge is shown at the checkout before you pay.

Pre-orders

The Reading Fluency Handbook is published on 26 October 2026. Pre-ordered copies are printed from publication day and posted by Friday 6 November 2026. If anything were to delay this date, we will email you straight away, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Orders outside the UK

At the moment we only deliver to UK addresses. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please email support@readingfluency.co.uk and we will see what we can do.

Problems with your delivery

If your order has not arrived within 15 working days, or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we will replace it.
